Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cameltoekingdom.io (the “Site”), operated by Camel Toe Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or buying a membership you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Adults only

The Site contains content intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use it. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing this content is legal where you are.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. Give accurate information and do not share your account or let others use your membership. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. Membership, free trial and billing

  • Price: Premium membership costs $4 per month or $36 per year (or the price shown at checkout), billed through PayPal.
  • Free trial: new members (accounts that have never had a membership) get a 3-day free trial. Returning members and plan changes are charged from the start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership continues automatically and you are charged the price of the plan you chose.
  • Automatic renewal: membership renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You authorise us and PayPal to charge you at each renewal.
  • Changing plans: if you switch plans, your previous plan ends when the new one starts.
  • Cancel anytime: you can cancel from My Account or from your PayPal account. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will look into it.
  • Price changes: if the price changes, we will tell you in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal; you can cancel before it does.

4. Your use of the Site

Premium content is for your personal, non-commercial viewing only. You agree not to:

  • copy, download in bulk, redistribute, resell or republish content from the Site;
  • share your login or premium content with others;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated tools on the Site;
  • try to bypass the paywall, security or access restrictions;
  • post comments that are illegal, harassing, hateful, spam, or that reveal anyone’s personal information;
  • use the Site in any way that breaks the law.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Site, its design, logo and texts belong to us or to their respective owners and are protected by law. Using the Site does not give you any ownership of its content.

6. Content removal and copyright (DMCA)

We respect the rights and privacy of others. If you appear in content on the Site and want it removed, or you believe content infringes your copyright, email contact@cameltoekingdom.io with:

  • the link(s) to the content;
  • who you are and why the content should be removed (for copyright: the work you own);
  • your contact details;
  • for copyright claims, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information you sent is accurate.

We review every request and remove content that should not be on the Site as quickly as possible, usually within 72 hours.

7. Comments

You are responsible for what you post. By posting a comment you give us permission to display it on the Site. We may edit or remove comments at our discretion.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site links to and uses third-party services (such as PayPal, our shop and social networks). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content and features at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Site and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms; in that case you are not entitled to a refund for the current period, except where the law requires one.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new Terms; if you do not agree, cancel your membership.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
